I felt the "Illustrated" took my ability to draw and the Eye takes into account my photography and artistic eye. It's been brought to my attention to a very old journal from 2009 that I haven't updated my policy on the use of my images. I have a general policy that if you wish to do a drawing of my photographs, go for it.  In my mind if you are doing a drawing you are creating an image and art in your own right. In regards to manipulation, if you are creating a work of art I am ok with this too.  I mean real digital manipulation.  For example: No, I do not give a general carte blanche to use my images as sign tags, skins and have not.   Thank you, The Illustrated Eye

For my fans, I've not fallen off the face of the earth.  I am still alive. I am just getting overwelmed with work + school. ANYWAYS!  I am currently working on a fun project I hope to have finished by the end of the year.  I am working on a "male" calendar with kittens. I'm getting male fitness models and shooting them with kittens :D All the money from the sale of the calendar will go to the local foster group. I'll post photos from the 3 that I've done as soon as I have a momment! <3
